I create an atmosphere of safety and openness that encourages people to let down their defenses and explore their full potential.
I've trained in Ashtanga, Dynamic, and Anusara yoga, where I respectively learned dedication, energetics, and therapeutic/joyful aspects of a yoga practice.
I also work as a transformational life coach and course leader, and infuse my instruction with opportunities to explore all the various aspects of our selves.
