Shakti Yoga

A seasoned yoga instructor with over 12 years experience. I am able to teach all levels and many ages. I currently teach a private cliental on location, that may include corporate accounts with multiple students or families with kids.

I may also include some Thai Yoga Therapy within the Vinyasa flow session. I Love working the details in alignment and breath. I have a compassionate teaching style with a gentle hands on healing approach.
