We are a small intimate studio on the North Shore of LI in Suffolk County. Small classes = lots of personal attention. We offer group classes in the style of BKS Iyengar and Vinyasa Flow. Private Instruction and Yoga Therapy available by appointment. Pranayama breath instruction and Massage by Masae also available.
