Imagine yoga classes which are meditative and slow-moving, yet physically challenging, set against a background of candlelight and soft music.
I am certified in both Kripalu and Amrit yoga and have been teaching yoga for 29 years. I strive to offer an authentic yoga experience which encompasses yoga poses, breathwork, meditation, and yogic philosophy/history.
Beginning- and intermediate-level classes are offered, as well as yoga with weights.
Classes are offered on a monthly subscription basis. The cost per month depends on the number of classes per week the student chooses to attend.
First class is always free to give students the ability to try before they buy! Students receive a 50% discount off one month's subscription when they refer a friend.
