Yang's has been offering yoga and mind/body classes since 1988. Whether you are a beginner, an intermediate-level student, or a yoga veteran, you will find a program that is right for your level and a teacher who can offer the support and guidance you need to get the most out of your yoga practice. Our classes are powerful learning experiences in which you will literally re-discover your body, how it works, and what it can do. All classes are designed to give you the time and support to understand the proper alignment of yoga asanas (postures) and breathing technique. Yoga workshops are regularly held throughout the year. Yang's also offers beginners' to advanced Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Chinese martial arts classes (kung fu).
Our studios have natural hardwood floors, large changing rooms, showers and a pro shop. We are conveniently located with unlimited free parking.
