I am a certified Yoga Instructor, licensed Massage Therapist and Energy Medicine practitioner based in Delray Beach, Florida. I love customizing programs for individuals or corporations that are geared for relaxation and stress reduction, weight loss or health and fitness, or recovery from injury or illness. Sessions can be conducted at my home or yours or the office and will meet and exceed your expectations. I also have a staff of highly skilled chair massage therapists who come to the workplace which is an exceptional way to increase productivity! I teach a variety of unique workshops at local studios including Reiki paired with live music, and Tibetan Bowl Sound Healing Restorative Yoga, as well as "Yoga off the mat" - educational lectures and discussions on yoga philosophy.
