Our yoga classes are eclectic & form/flow in nature. We explore the anatomical aspect of the yoga postures, the breath & Ayruvedic principles. We encourage inner focus and mind-body awareness. Classes include centering, warm-up movements, postures, and deep relaxation. Personal safety and enjoyment are emphasized. Students are invited to listen to and honor the wisdom of the body and work according to the limits of their individual flexibility and strength. You leave the class feeling strong, uplifted and centered.
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils with an array of procedures such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
