Dharma Yoga Center is the home of renowned yogi Sri Dharma Mittra and his staff of certified Dharma Yoga teachers. The center provides a sanctuary for New York City resident and international students by offering Dharma Gentle, Dharma I-IV classes, Dharma Kids, Dharma Basics Courses, Meditation, Relaxation, kirtan, and workshops. Mats and towels are available for rental, and a well stocked shop includes many of Sri Dharma's unique books, posters, DVDs, and CDs. Welcome home!
