The Arkansas Yoga Center has been dedicated to the practice and teaching of Yoga since 1998. Andrea Fournet, the Founder and Executive Director found Yoga through the advice of a Chiropractor to releave her chronic neck and low back pain. She is now pain free and enjoys sharing the wonderful health benefits with her students and other fellow Yoga teachers. Andrea developed the Yoga Teacher Training Program for the Arkansas Yoga Center in 2001.
