Brenda Mackenzie formed Periwinkle Sky Enterprises in 2002 to provide services for improving client health and well being. Brenda has dedicated herself to providing a new paradigm of effective tools and techniques for balancing body, mind, and spirit. As an accomplished yoga instructor with over 12 years in yoga studies, training and certification she has been actively teaching children, seniors, beginning and intermediate level students, as well as eating disorder, psychiatric and chemically dependent patients.
