Yoga Therapy - an integrative approach of both western and eastern medicines and traditions addressing specific health challenges such as obesity, diabetes, asthma, insomnia, cancer, grief, PTSD, aging, arthritis, anxiety, depression, stress management, pain management, etc. I incorporate alternative forms of therapy such as yoga, meditation, exercise, body and breath sensing, diet, purifications, herbs, and self-discovery practices. As a personal trainer, my specialties include functional training to help improve biomechanics and flexibility as well as corrective exercise for those with stability and mobility issues.
