Pat Jimenez is an E-RYT from the Yoga Alliance and ACE, and AFAA nationally certified trainer that has been teaching group fitness, and yoga part time and off and on since 1985. Pat fuses wisdom from several styles of yoga. In 2005, Pat completed a 200 hour Hatha yoga training from the Yoga Alliance. As an E -RYT, Pat has continued studies through a variety of teacher training workshops including over 70 hours of Iyengar with Karen Stephan, 50 hours in Ashtanga, 25 hours in Praja Yoga with Tias little, 30 hours of Budokan martial arts. Currently Pat has completed over 50 hours in Vinyasa flow teacher training working toward an additional 200 hour training.
As a 20 year dancer and college athlete, Pats workouts emphasize athletic conditioning with injury prevention techniques as well as core strength, balance, fluidity, grace and muscle control found in dance techniques and sports. Jimenez was a continuing education provider from 1991-1993 for ACE and produced and choreographed a Cardio Dance video in the 1993, selling thousands of copies to instructors at National ACE Fitness conventions. Pat has taught a variety of programs that she designed, including Cardio-Dance, Yoga Fusion, Cardio-Sculpt and interval sports conditioning.
Full time, Pat Jimenez is a Business Development Manager for DSM Technologies managing 4 divisions of the company. Pat has been managing and directing sales organizations in the technology industry since 1995, including 7 years with AT&T business solutions and 3 years with Peak 10 Data centers.
