I have a background in dance, aerobics, personal training, Pilates, and yoga. I am certified through Yoga Alliance, Stott Mat Pilates trained, and AFAA personal trainer and group fitness certified. I have been in the fitness industry since 1995, and have been teaching yoga since 1997. Yoga, Pilates, and overall fitness have been the driving force and passion in my life.
I realized that by balancing my body through yoga, I was better able to achieve the right balance in my life, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. My outlook on life was more positive, became simpler and less stressful. My overall health and relationships improved, and I stressed the little things less and less. I found that when life seems to pull me in many directions, this reminds me of the simplicity of life. Just take a few deep breaths and cherish living in the moment.
It has always been my passion to share my love of fitness with others, and opening my own studio is a dream realized in achieving this personal and professional goal.
We believe in providing an effective and exciting workout that builds strength and endurance, without adding unnecessary bulk. We want you to get into great shape by using core enhancing Pilates exercises and strength building yoga poses that lengthen and tone, giving you a dancer like body.
Welcome to our yoga studio! I am so excited to share the benefits of yoga and mat Pilates with you! Since we are new to town, we are still trying to spread the word around about us. Our class schedule will grow as we grow! We expect to add more classes in the morning and afternoon as time goes by. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
