I embrace yoga as a gift, and opportunity to transform body, mind and spirit. I think we all are trying to be our best selves and through reflection, intention and discipline we can learn and grow. My lightheartedness can make practicing fun. I think yoga is always evolving and I like to play with moving with the freshness of each moment, and encourage an open heart, compassion and gratitude. My classes can be energetic, however modifications are given for all levels. I enjoy practicing and teaching a creative core flow. I believe everyone an benefit from yoga and improve their overall vitality through breath, movement, revealing the beauty of your true self.
After completing my 200hr Teacher Training, with YogaWorks, I went on and trained with Sadie Nardini in "Core Strength Vinyasa". In classes with me, you’ll learn how to break the habit of moving only from the outer body and loading layers of tension onto yourself. You will discover how to use your Deep Core Lines along the skeleton to make quick gains in true power, making all your poses more possible as you keep your body healthy for years of yoga to come.
