Yoga with Linda / Yoga Instructor in The Colony, Texas

Joins one of my restorative yoga classes at Rescue Yoga in Carrollton on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at 6 p.m. We will use props to support the body, providing for a completely relaxing experience. Excellent for beginners, injury recovery and stress reduction. Classes include meditation. I have practiced yoga since 1998 and teaching since 2008. I am a 200 RYT with Yoga Alliance.
