Beginners level Yoga classes, Intermediate level classes, all levels, meditation, Hatha, and Yin yoga all taught inside of the Leader Martial Arts and Fitness building of Titusville. I will not personally claim how practicing yoga can help you physically, as everyone is different. But I will say that it is a wonderful practice for improving strength, flexibility, balance, and concentration. It has personally greatly improved my asthma, anxiety, ability to control my weight, depression, and that pesky irregular heart beat of mine!
