I have been a student and teacher of yoga for the last 12 years. I have spent 7 years leading students in their practice. I have led children, pregnant women, athletes and seniors. I practiced throughout my pregnancies and taught up until 38 weeks pregnant. I have been a student of many aspects of the Healing Arts and bring all I have learned to those that I lead.
