Restoring Light YogaTherapy and Wellness Center is a personal studio that teaches to the needs of the individual. Our studio has ropes and props for each student. We specialize in Yoga Therapy and teaching each student to feel their yoga inside them. Letting them learn to shine their inner yoga light. We offer classes Monday's through Saturday's and are the only ones to offer Rock-N-Roll Yoga Flow on Fridays at 6pm.
