At Mountain Home Yoga Center we are committed to three principles:

We believe being calm and happy are a byproduct of a healthy body. We are dedicated to creating classes that put poses in a logical order to help build a student's strength, flexibility, structural alignment, proper function of body systems and mental steadiness.
We are present in the classroom to be a guide for students throughout their body journey. We make intelligent physical adjustments to postures to help students build an awareness of the body in space so that they can achieve better alignment and further the benefits of the pose.
We will support students no matter what stage of life they are in. Yoga is for everyone. No body is too old, tight or sick to do yoga. In fact, often, those are the folks who experience the most radical change through yoga! We want to help students achieve more freedom and better health through movement.
