I'm passionate about sharing yoga with others to help them relieve physical and emotional pain and learn to truly relax so they can live more fully. I teach Therapeutic Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga 1, and Yoga 1-2 classes, with an emphasis on good alignment, breath awareness, learning to relax, and making an asana practice grown-up play time! I hope that students who practice with me learn how to carry their yoga bliss off the mat and into their lives.
