Ashtanga vinyasa yoga

Teaching in Malibu for 17 years. Public and Private Classes weekly. offering unique small group classes with personal attention, 8 to 10 people. Classes that combine detailed attention to proper alignment, energy flow and classical yoga asanas. Also offering Gentle Restorative Yoga, meditation and relaxation, Pre and post natal yoga.
Studied in the Iyengar, ashtanga and the kundalini yoga traditions.

Additionally on a one to one basis Michelle combines a heart centered approach using a combination of healing modalities to support clients to achieve optimum health and well being.
