Unless specified Ned's classes are suitable for all levels. Holding asanas for multiple breaths allows beginning students to strengthen their bodies while letting more established yogis explore the nuances of the asanas.

With knowledge of philosophy, psychology, our natural world and current events Ned works a variety of themes into the practice.
