Colleen Rose is a Yoga Teacher and the Director/Founder. Colleen is a third generation yoga teacher. She teaches deep, varied posture sequences integrating and honoring the wisdom of the body, mind and breath. She works toward finding a comfortable balance in all of her classes challenging her students to move toward positive change in all aspects of their lives. She emphasizes on the alignment principles of Hatha Yoga incorporating meditation, affirmation and intention to create an inner journey towards healing, self-awareness, acceptance and empowerment. Colleen's mantra is "It must radiate on the inside before it can radiate on the outside." Colleen is an ongoing student of The Temple of Kriya in Chicago and a certified Level 2 and Senior Yoga Teacher. Colleen travels extensively around the country studying with some of the most renowned yoga teachers in the country including , Seane Corn, Cyndee Lee and Rodney Yee. Colleen pulls strength and inspiration from the spiritual teachings of H.H. the Dalai Lama. She also has taught at many yoga events, programs and classes for many corporation and organizations. In addition to directing Yoga-360, she has taught Children's Yoga at Slate River School in Colorado. Colleen received her B.S. from Bradley University and is also a Pilates NETA Trained Instructor. Prior to teaching Yoga Colleen was a Healthcare Executive at the University of Chicago Hospitals and Well Group. She shares her life with her husband and two daughters in Frankfort, Illinois and Crested Butte, Colorado.
