I teach a flow style practice, either on the floor or in a chair, that challenges my students, while providing a fun environment for success: Gentle, Slow Flow, & Power. As a yoga therapist, I enjoy tailoring each class to meet the students' needs (low back pain, knee problems, shoulder issues, arthritis). MWB Yoga classes are Christ-centered practices on the mat set to worship music.
