Taura Amaris Rutigliano has always been devoted to helping others physically and spiritually. While in college Taura Amaris was introduced to yoga and her world was changed. Becoming an avid yogi for the next ten years, it was not until after becoming a stay at home mom, Taura decided to take her pastime of yoga further. Attending a 9 month program at Jai Ma Yoga Center in New Paltz NY with Ami Jayaprada Hirschstein, Taura Amaris emerged with radiant life and energy to become a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher registered with the Yoga Alliance. Substituting and branching out since the teacher immersion in September 2012, Taura Amaris is spreading the yoga wealth across the Hudson Valley. Beth loves the way yoga brings her clarity, and strength, physically and mentally. She started yoga at age 38 because while reaching for a cup of coffee she tweaked her back. So she dove right into a challenging Bikram practice hoping to heal. After a few years she went searching for more of a spiritual path wanting to connect the mind and the body. In 2009 she found Inner Spirit and melted right into a welcoming community. Learning and enjoying new styles of yoga, Beth also loved the new found consciousness and calming effect it brought to her life. With both children in college, she deepened her practice further by receiving her 200 hour a certification with Yoga Alliance. Her intentions are to show students how to strengthen the body and mind. I have studied the art of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga through yogafit, which is recognized by the Yoga Alliance Partners. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have been teaching this various techniques for over a decade and a half. I can also incorporate different techniques for core building and muscle mass.
