The power of yoga not only gave me higher energy, but it helped relieve stress in providing clarity for my mind. Becoming certified through the Sivananda Ashram allowed me to experience hatha, raja, karma, and bhakti yoga. Pranayama (breathing exercises) is a large part of my practice along with asanas and relaxation. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced yogi there is always something new to try.
