Hot yoga is a challenging series of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room, slightly warmer than your body temperature.
The heat allows your body to stretch deeper and safely and helps to detoxify the body.
I believe that everyone can, and should, do yoga. You do not have to be flexible to get the benefits. The series was designed for all ages and all levels of fitness. We all practice the same poses but at our own level.
Everyone does what his or her body can do and receives the same benefits! Just from doing your best at each class, you will enjoy the very same benefits as the very flexible person next to you.
