A seasoned yoga instructor with over 12 years experience. I am able to teach all levels and many ages. I currently teach a private cliental on location, that may include corporate accounts with multiple students or families with kids.

Additionally on a one to one basis Michelle combines a heart centered approach using a combination of healing modalities to support clients to achieve optimum health and well being.
