11th Step Yoga is an open meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous with a yoga format. After one hour of yoga the group shares their strength and hope. We offer flow, restorative, and yin yoga. We are fully supported by our own contributions.

As a Registered Nurse and Certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation instructor, I incorporate both western and eastern traditions, providing a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit.
