Iyengar Certified Instructor offers daily classes for all levels. Private sessions are available. Monthly workshops and Restorative classes.

Ned teaches with a compassionate heart; helping students understand the preferred alignment while working within what is available to them on any given day. Unless specified Ned's classes are suitable for all levels. Holding asanas for multiple breaths allows beginning students to strengthen their bodies while letting more established yogis explore the nuances of the asanas.

With knowledge of philosophy, psychology, our natural world and current events Ned works a variety of themes into the practice. His self deprecating humor keeps classes light enough that there are almost always a couple of laughs. Committed to Selva, Ned volunteers with Connected Warriors and the Florida Wildlife Federation.

Ned Stone is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. He is available for Private Classes, Corporate Training or Incentive Retreats. Ned also holds a 500-Ton Master License from the US Coast Guard has worked as a yacht captain and has extensive water sports experience.... See More

Shelli August-Owner of Sabeena Yoga has been practicing Yoga for over 25 years. The style that resonates most with her follows the teachings of Swami Sivananda, who is the founder of Sivananda Yoga. Shelli lives by the ideals of Swami Sivananda to: SERVE ALL, TO LOVE ALL, TO MIX WITH ALL, AND TO SEE THE DIVINE IN ALL BEINGS. Shelli's mission is to be a mentor to others by enlightening, empowering, and educating them about the benefits of Hatha and Raja Yoga.

Sabeena Yoga also offers a Reiki Healing and Meditation Circle, and Kirtan on Wednesdays.

Other workshops occur. If you have something to share, Sabeena Yoga is a great space.

Her classes are for all levels, including Eclectic Gentle Yoga.

Shelli does not require contracts. Packages are available for reduced pricing. Single class is $16.00.
