At Heart of Florida Yoga we create an authentic yoga experience. Every session begins with breath work to start a unionizing effect with the body and mind. We bring movement through warm up as needed for each body type. Asanas are chosen to accommodate the individuals needs. In a group setting we use variations and modifications. Every practice ends in final resting pose. This final pose gives the body and brain time for assimilation of the practice (meditation). You will decrease stress hormones and increase feel good chemicals in the brain that will bring ease to the body. It seems the benefits of a yoga practice are endless. We are the only yoga studio in Palm Coast serving all of Flagler County. Our teachers are certified, putting the students first, teaching with the emphasis on safety and not imposing a posture but showing the student how to find themselves through the practice.
