Our center offers Meditation, Hatha Yoga, lectures, and workshops. Ongoing Study Groups meet once a month furthering on Yoga Philosophy. Our Teacher Training Program meets once a month for twelve months, and classes start in March and October.

Small classes on Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 12:30 pm. A good class for beginners. Please bring a mat.
