I teach a variety of private or small group Yoga sessions in either your home or mine. The style of Yoga I teach is based upon each individual's needs. I love to teach Vinyasa and Power Yoga but can also teach a very dynamic gentle class. When teaching private sessions, the focus is geared towards poses that the client needs the most and will be the most beneficial to his or her lifestyle. Proper form is emphasized.
