Dominique and John teach Yoga as a Free service to the community which is provided by Evermans Grocery in Pensacola Florida. Our classes are posted at the beginning of each month on their website and also on a paper schedule that is available at the front of the grocery store.
Dominque has been teaching for over two decades including advanced Yoga classes at the University of West Florida. She has an M.S. in Wellness. Dominique teaches open flow Yoga and also, a trauma recovery Yoga class at the downtown Garden St. location. Please look at the monthly schedule to find her classes.
John taught Yoga at the University of West Florida for 17 years. He taught the Yoga I course for beginners. He also taught Eastern Philosophy and Religion courses at three different colleges. John teaches outdoor Yoga at the Evermans location on 9 Mile Rd. John's classes are beginner to intermediate level. Monday through Thursday at 5:30, but please check the schedule.
