You are not an object here... you are a subject- a soul that we are so blessed to be sharing space with. And we are all just walking each other home. ​Some people may feel intimidated about moving their body in a group of "strangers", but you'll never meet a stranger at Horizon. A welcoming space where you can move your body and fall in love with your Self. A place where you can let go of your daily duties and tap into your mind. Our goal at Horizon is to provide a pathway to self-discovery by studying the mind, body, and spirit as a complete system, all three branches working together.
