Rise Yoga Studio is a peaceful and tranquil Sacramento Yoga Studio located in the Greenhaven Pocket area. We bring busy professionals together in a safe space to explore yoga, movement and breath.

Our classes are based in the Anusara Yoga® Tradition founded by John Friend. This dynamic style of Hatha yoga uses the biomechanical principles of alignment to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination from the inside out. The student is encouraged to embrace the spiritual purpose of yoga by following their heart, and allowing themselves to "flow with grace."
