At Heart of Florida Yoga we create an authentic yoga experience. Every session begins with breath work to start a unionizing effect with the body and mind. We bring movement through warm up as needed for each body type. Asanas are chosen to accommodate the individuals needs. In a group setting we use variations and modifications. Every practice ends in final resting pose. This final pose gives the body and brain time for assimilation of the practice (meditation).
