Donna Spear originally from Pennsylvania, set out on her healing journey over 15 years ago when going through some of her own personal experiences. Donna has studied many healing modalities over the years and is certified in Usui & Angelic Reiki as a practitioner and teacher. She utilizes healing energy and life experience to support others through their healing process.
In 2012 Donna listened to her heart taking a Yoga Teacher Training completing her 200 hour Vinyasa certification. She then expanded her knowledge and passion of Yin yoga in a 100 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, 30 hour Restorative Teacher Training and is also registered with Yoga Alliance. Donna creates a safe space for students to explore asana and meditation through her deep understanding of body movement, emotional holding and spiritual practices.
