Jeff Lavinsky is a certified K.R.I. Level I Kundalini Yoga instructor and began practicing yoga as an alternative to surgery while recovering from an injury. At the time surgery was a serious consideration but instead his dedication to yoga gradually restored his physique and opened the doorway to a shifting in consciousness. Having gone through such a transformation he is driven to teach to help others realize their full potential and lead way to a healthy, sustained recovery. He is currently teaching Kundalini yoga for youths and adults, studying Ayurvedic Medicine and is a local artist and avid skate and snowboarder. His classes are beautifully infused with a strong yogic and meditative practice, deep relaxation, Tibetan singing bowls, heartfelt mantras, gratitude, and humor.
