I have owned my own business in two cities, one being Miami and performed with a television celebrity, and have taught in three other state. I am highly trained to teach: group yoga all levels, senior yoga with disabilities, chair yoga, fitness yoga, power yoga, teen yoga, sport yoga which includes men, (in all my classes), professional athletic yoga, meditative yoga, beach yoga, Christian yoga and yoga geared to a groups preference.
